Fabulous 15
The Fabulous 15 are fifteen important building blocks in the development of young children. It is essential to activate, stabilize, and strengthen these specific building blocks in the first six years of a child’s life, as they will benefit them even throughout adulthood. With De Kooktas, we focus fully on these fifteen components, which are the most essential for young children.

This is how De Kooktas contributes to the Fabulous 15:

1. De Kooktas offers a sensory experience involving the stimulation of all five senses.
2. De Kooktas helps training gross and fine motor skills.
3. By using the correct and real materials in a (cooking) environment, a foundation is laid for the development of the imagination, while reality is provided as a basis for this imagination.

6. By following the steps of De Kooktas, a child learns to work with fixed processes.
7. De Kooktas is aimed at repetition and strengthens connections in the brain.
8. The child learns to concentrate and to develop concentration ability.
9. De Kooktas promotes interaction between a child and the people around them, fostering the ability to work together.
10. De Kooktas has a positive effect on language development by expanding the child’s vocabulary.
